Days 16 & 17 - Prague, Czech Republic

6/1
We had class for most of the day.  In class we discussed cases that we read.  One of the cases we read about BCH Telecommunications.  The founder of the company came and spoke in our class.  After class a large group of us went to old town and ate at a pizzeria.

6/2
This morning we got up and went to the US Embassy and the John Lennon wall.  After playing a show in Communist Czechoslovakia students painted John Lennon's face on a wall.  It became a symbol of peace and a meeting place for those who wished for an end of Communism.  It united the revolutionaries that eventually demanded the change that brought about the forming of the Czech Republic.  Afterwards we went to Kinsky Garden, a beautiful rose and flower garden atop a large hill that overlooks Prague.  Lastly we went to the Jewish Museum.  When we got back to the seminary we listened to the founder of Fleet Sheet, a Czech Republic business publication service.
